I have tried signing out and signing back in multiple times but it still shows as a 7-day trial. The issue is, in the bottom left hand corner, it shows as a '7-day trial'. In the top right hand corner I can see it is showing the users Adobe Account. I selected serial number (which was assigned to his Adobe Account) and entered serial number which then opened Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. The issue I am seeing as the administrator is that when a user logs into the RDS using his domain credentials, launched Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, he is prompted to login either via 'serial number' or 'adobe id'.
